BioBeyond_NL's AI and data infrastructure provides researchers with practical tools to analyze complex mass spectrometry data.

Currently under development, the platform leverages AI models trained on extensive datasets to assist in the identification and analysis of peptides, proteins, glycans, and post-translational modifications, as well as de novo sequencing.

The infrastructure features three core pillars:
• Specialized tools for glycomics and glycoproteomics identification;
• AI-enhanced models to accelerate MS data analysis;
• Integrated workflows for spatial and multimodal multi-omics data.

To support our users, we offer standardized workflows, training sessions, and expert consultation. Our mission is to simplify the extraction of meaningful biological insights from even the most complex datasets.
