The MS-based Proteomics infrastructure will enable users to identify and quantify PTMs, highly polymorphic proteins and intra- and intercellular protein-interaction networks. Services will be provided to allow researchers to conduct state-of-the-art proteomics research, de novo sequencing of antibodies and glycoproteins complemented with full antibody repertoire profiling. Users will be allowed access to high-end technologies and data analysis infrastructure, and will be given support for design, execution, and interpreting of their research.
