General Access policy

HOW CAN YOU ACCESS OUR INFRASTRUCTURE?

The Biobeyond_NL infrastructure is organized with 4 research hotels (UM, UU, LUMC, RUMC), managed by a central contact point.

You may apply for access to the BioBeyond_NL infrastructure by submitting an application via email info@biobeyond.nl .

Submitted applications will be forwarded to a central contact point for an initial assessment and feasibility check, including identification and recommendation of which BioBeyond_NL hotel(s) are best suited for the researcher to perform the proposed studies. The central contact point will provide feedback to the applicant to ensure optimal usage of the infrastructure. Upon central contact point approval and the executing LSRI hotels determined, applications will be forwarded to the local hotel manager, and local access procedures and regulations of those sites apply. The central contact point also handles additional questions regarding services, and will direct queries to the appropriate persons across the consortium. Users approaching the local hotels directly for access/services will be directed to the BioBeyond_NL central contact point to follow the process described above. Access is provided in accordance with the rules and regulations of NWO funded large scale infrastructure.
